Dr Vijay Agarwal is the secretary general of the Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organization. He was responsible for setting up Max Saket and Pushpanjali Crosslay Hospitals. He is Hony Advisor to Global Association of Physicians of India (GAPIO). Dr Agarwal has played a central role in creating strategies for national programs of global importance such as the Pulse Polio program. He was a member of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Delhi Government, and has been instrumental in introducing and implementing the concept of Centralized Hospital Waste Management Scheme in Delhi. He is the Founder President of Society For Child Development which works with children with special abilities.
